This webshop is operated by Labrida. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Labrida. Labrida offers this webshop, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the webshop, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our webshop. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Our webshop is hosted at Stripe Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop.
2. Products
All product information, including intended use, instructions, and safety notices, is provided at our website, in our product packaging (IFU) and in our webshop. The material in our webshop is provided for general information only and should not be used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more complete or more timely sources of information (www.labrida.com ).
We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the webshop (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in local currency (?) including VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We accept the payment methods presented in the webshop at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. A binding agreement is formed when you receive this confirmation.
If we are unable to deliver your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors without a distribution agreement with Labrida AS.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy (below). Deliveries may experience delays outside our control.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal
Buyers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, due to the nature of medical devices, returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Full details are provided in our Refund & Return Policy. Returned items that do not meet the criteria will not be refunded.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at post@labrida.no. We will provide a replacement according to applicable laws.
8. Warranty
Buyers have a two-year warranty for product defects.
Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR. We collect only the information necessary to process orders and deliver services.
9. Prohibited Uses

10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, unless otherwise required by law, and we are not responsible for e.g. misuse of the product, damages resulting from failure to follow Instructions for Use or Indirect or consequential losses
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway.
Any disputes should first be addressed to Labrida AS.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer shipping to customers in EU/EEA and APAC. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on:
- Delivery destination
- Order size
- Courier availability
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic shipments: 3 business days
- EU/EEA shipments: 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or unforeseen events.
4. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Labrida delivers medical devices and is subject to regulatory regulations. Thus, we may be restricted from shipping to certain countries or jurisdictions where our products not yet are registered for sale.
If your order cannot be shipped, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery, and
- Provide photos or documentation if needed
We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, local customs authorities may apply import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Incorrect Address Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders returned due to incorrect address information may incur additional shipping fees.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because Labrida BioClean® is a sterile medical device, special rules apply for returns. Please review the policy below for information about returns, refunds, and defective items.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
For purchases made through our webshop, buyers within the EU/EEA have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification.
However, due to the nature of medical devices, this right applies only if the product is returned unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
If the sterile seal has been broken, we cannot accept the return for health, hygiene, and safety reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
Please notify us in writing at post@labrida.no within the 14-day period. You will then receive instructions on how to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
2. Conditions for Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original, sealed, undamaged packaging
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Returns Due to Defect or Delivery Error
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately at post@labrida.no.
We will offer, at no cost, to you:
- A replacement
- Or a full refund
Depending on your preference and product availability. You may be asked to provide photos or return the defective item for quality and regulatory purposes.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider. Shipping costs are refundable only in cases of defective or incorrect deliveries.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened products
- Products where the sterile seal has been broken
- Used products
- Items returned without prior authorization
This is in accordance with EU regulations for hygiene-sensitive and medical products.
